- Develop and execute 1-, 3-, and 5-year product roadmaps for primary nuclear pumps, seals, and aftermarket services
- Establish targets for revenue growth, gross margins, and market share
- Manage proprietary and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) controlled-technology equipment, specifications, and project bids as the designated Americas leader
- Define market-level pricing, lead times, target costs, and manufacturing footprint strategies
- Coordinate with Sales, Commercial Operations, and Quick Response Centers (QRCs)
- Drive specialized solutions for nuclear utility plant life extensions, power uprates, retrofits, and critical outage parts
- Partner with Regional Sales to conduct customer site visits, build technical relationships with utility plant engineers, and deliver advanced technical training
- Ensure commercial offerings, technical definitions, and project charters align with applicable nuclear codes, certifications, and quality programs
- Own the commercial roadmap, pricing strategy, margin expansion, and market positioning across North and South America
- Drive high-margin aftermarket and engineered replacement growth
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. National status is strictly required
- 10–15+ years of relevant product management, commercial operations, applications engineering, or technical sales experience within the U.S. commercial nuclear power industry
- Deep technical working familiarity with engineered centrifugal pumps, mechanical seals, and rotating equipment used in nuclear power stations
- Proven working knowledge of ASME Section III (Div 1 &
5), N/NPT stamps, NQA-1, and 10 CFR 50 / 10 CFR 21 - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or related technical/business discipline
- Willingness and ability to travel 40–45% across the Americas
Demonstrates expertise in product management and commercial operations within the U.S. nuclear power industry, with a strong focus on engineered centrifugal pumps and mechanical seals. Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps, manage technical relationships, and ensure compliance with nuclear codes and quality programs.
