COLLEGE COOP – ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT (Seasonal, full‑time 40 hours per week for 6‑month semester)

Engineering Manager

Engineering/Quality co‑ops will provide support to engineers. Co‑ops will be involved in process, design, quality engineering and administration of projects; assist in obtaining and reviewing information and approvals for processing of drawings, product data and samples. This position assists in communicating this information across all levels of the team.

• Enter data onto computer terminal.
• Draw charts and interpret the charts.
• Develop inspection plans for new parts.
• Provide backup support for the department.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all SPOG & Dupont safety policies and procedures.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing some duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work:
Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. The position is limited to a 6‑month college semester.
