Senior Engineer – Design, MEMS

• Design, characterize, and analyze MEMS resonators and related technologies
• Perform simulations, laboratory evaluations, debugging, characterization, and root-cause analysis of new and existing devices
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle from concept and design through qualification, release, and production support
• Develop, refine, and maintain test software and automation for laboratory characterization and production testing
• Collaborate with MEMS, ASIC design, process engineering, assembly, test, quality, and product engineering teams
• Contribute to high-performance timing devices from early-stage technology development through production and customer delivery
• Communicate technical findings, project status, risks, and opportunities to project and engineering leadership

• Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field
• 5 years of relevant engineering experience
• Understanding of MEMS design and underlying fundamentals
• Experience with Python programming for data analysis, automation, or engineering applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a cross-functional, multi-site team
• Preferred:
  Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
• Preferred:
  Direct experience designing, modeling, fabricating, and/or characterizing MEMS resonators
• Preferred:
  Experience with COMSOL, MATLAB, and Cadence
• Preferred:
  Experience using Python and LabVIEW for laboratory characterization, test automation, or production device evaluation
• Preferred:
  Experience analyzing large-scale device test data and developing statistical, machine-learning, or classification models
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing, wafer-level processing, assembly, production testing, or product qualification
• Travel availability of 0%–25%

Demonstrates expertise in MEMS design, characterization, and analysis, with strong capabilities in Python programming for data analysis and automation. Proficient in collaborating across engineering teams and effectively communicating technical findings and project status.
