We are seeking a qualified Licensed Land Surveyor to perform boundarysurveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking for variouscivil engineering projects throughout Northern California. This is a1099 contractor position with the possibility to convert to W2full-time employment based on performance.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Licensed Land Surveyor tojoin our team in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing boundary surveys, title reports research, topographicsurveys, and construction staking for various civil engineering projects throughout Northern California.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor looking togrow with a well-established company in the land development andcivil engineering industry. No experience required - entry level welcome!

• Perform boundary surveys and title reports research
• Conduct topographic surveys and field data collection
• Prepare survey plats, maps, and legal descriptions
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients
• Ensure compliance with California survey standards
• Perform construction staking and layout

• Current California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
• No minimum experience required - Entry level welcome!
• Bachelor's in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work throughout California
