We re a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.

• You will assist with the set up, launch, and monitoring of digital ad campaigns for the FC Franchise on one or more platforms such as Meta, Google, or Tik Tok
• You will support basic campaign optimizations by tracking performance, reporting key findings, and making recommendations to improve efficiency
• You will help document testing results, gathering feedback, and sharing insights with Brand, Creative, and Analytics teams in regular meetings and reports
• You will coordinate communication and information sharing between cross-functional partners, ensuring you document and share campaign needs and updates
• You will support daily relationships with external partners and agencies

• At least 1+ years of experience managing paid digital ads (user acquisition) on at least 1 major platform (Meta, Google, Tik Tok)
• Hands-on experience monitoring and making optimizations to digital ad campaigns, with an understanding of how creative assets impact performance
• Demonstrated experience in learning new digital advertising tools and testing new ideas
• BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field
• Passion/knowledge for video games and sports
• Knowledge of Excel and Google applications

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) $83,100 - $127,500 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
