The team at Margaritaville Lake Resort is here to create and deliver fun and escapism for our guests, and that means a fin-tastic variety of recreational activities on the resort! With good pay, extensive benefits and a family atmosphere, we are looking for a friendly, confident and welcoming individual to run the arcade counter and assist our guests with claiming prizes and operating the games.

Director of Recreation
As the Arcade Attendant, you will be a vital part of creating an environment of fun and participation. You will enjoy talking to people of all ages including young children and will report any arcade games that require maintenance promptly.
Responsibilities- Proper cash handling procedures to include Micros transactions, balancing daily receipts, balance bank, complete all closing reports and deposits.
- Greet all guests and assist them with the purchase of play cards and explaining how the arcade functions.
- Maintain a clean facility and work area.
- Restock redemption items and tickets in the games.
- Properly assist guests in a prompt and hospitable manner.
- Document needed game repairs and communicates with the Engineering Department and immediate supervisor when games are not working properly.
Personal Skills
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
- Possess strong hospitality skills while in direct contact with the guests, other staff members and on the phone.
- Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.
- Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
- Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
- Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development.
- Conducts him/her self, acts and dresses professionally at all times
- Expresses ideas and conveys information clearly, effectively, and professionally.
- Actively listens to others.
- Conveys company information, decision, or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis.
- Minimum pulling and lifting of 20 pounds.
