The Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.50. The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current California Driver License/

• Previous Experience as a Dealership Service Advisor and or Independent franchise Service Advisor experience
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
