Customer Service Rep
Location: Chesterfield
Are you ready? As a Benefits Coordinator you will maintain and oversee benefits‑related data and processes. Provide support and assistance to employees, former employees, retirees, surviving dependents, and their legal representatives and peers relating to all Company benefits.
Responsibilities- Complete all phases of pension and beneficiary processes including benefit calculations, notification of benefits, commencement of pension payments, and documentation management.
- Assist the customer base with plan‑related issues/requests including COBRA, eligibility, claim escalation and resolution, life events, open enrollment, and retirement.
- Maintain system data as required.
- Process invoices and exception reports from vendors; work with IT and Corporate HR to resolve issues; maintain a working relationship with vendor representatives.
- Maintain process documentation.
- Actively participate in projects and suggest ideas for Continuous Improvement.
- Mentor and train new Benefits Coordinators and Employee Services Reps, and audit specified processes and data.
- Participate, train, and support Peer‑to‑Peer Auditing (e.g., pension calculations).
- 3 years’ experience in benefit coordination and customer service.
- 4–5 years’ experience in prior company experience.
- Four‑year degree.
- Knowledge of Workday and HRIS.
- Knowledge of benefits including pensions.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service skills.

- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Advanced research and problem‑solving skills.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

CompensationThe expected pay rate for this position is starting at $26.00 per hour depending on experience.
