The Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor – Table Games is responsible for performing the duties of both a Table Games Dealer and an entry-level Table Games Supervisor. This position upholds the integrity of the games and ensures compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies while promoting exceptional guest service and team member relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides exceptional guest service while dealing or supervising all table games in accordance with house rules and gaming regulations.
- Develops and maintains effective communication with team members and other departments.
- Monitors table games and ensures internal controls and procedures are followed.
- Maintains and submits logs, reports, and documentation as required.
- Ensures guest satisfaction while maintaining the security of casino assets.
- Understands and adheres to all Title 31 procedures.
- Supervises game operations, including chip fills, game integrity, and dealer performance during dual-rate shifts.
- Keeps the Shift Supervisor informed of all irregularities or concerns.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides floor-level leadership when acting in a supervisory capacity.
- Communicates expectations and reinforces grooming and conduct standards.
- Coaches, mentors, and provides performance feedback to team members.
- Maintains a safe, professional, and productive work environment.
- Supports training and orientation of new dealers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in dealing all casino table games offered, with full understanding of house rules, procedures, and Title 31 compliance.
- Knowledge of opening and closing procedures and casino operational forms.
- Familiarity with supervisory practices and team motivation strategies.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Competent with PC-based software applications.
EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Completion of a certified table games dealer training program is required.
- Additional coursework in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a table games dealer, with at least 1–2 years in a dual rate or supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in dealing multiple games such as blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and specialty games in accordance with approved procedures.
- Proven ability to assume floor supervisory duties, including game protection, dispute resolution, and staff support.
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations, internal controls, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills with a focus on integrity and professionalism.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license in accordance with regulatory requirements.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must have successfully completed a background check and obtained a gaming license issued by the Morongo Gaming Agency, as required.

Must be able to read and interpret documents in English, such as instructions, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Must also be able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, management, and guests.
