ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills to provide excellent service to our customers.
ADVANCEMENT
Many team members begin as delivery drivers and advance to franchise ownership or management roles.
WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during outside tasks.
In-store temperatures range from 36 to over 90 degrees.
Work in hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees.
Involving fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools may require sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
TEMPERAMENTS
The role requires directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone or with others under stress, maintaining strict quality control standards, dealing with people, analyzing and compiling data, and making judgments.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Standing: most tasks are performed from a standing position.
- Walking: short distances and durations on surfaces such as tile, bricks, linoleum.
- Sitting: paperwork is normally completed at a desk or table.
- Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds are unloaded using a hand truck.
- Carrying: large cans, pizza sauce up to 30 pounds, and trays of dough weighing about 12 pounds are carried.
- Pushing: moving trays on dollies requires up to 7.5 pounds of force; trays may also be pulled.
- Climbing: occasional navigation of stairs or ladder for maintenance tasks.
- Stooping/Bending: forward bending at the pizza assembly station, 30–45 seconds at a time, repeated throughout the day.
- Crouching/Squatting: performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
- Reaching: reaching up to 72 inches, down, and forward during tasks such as turning oven controls or stocking ingredients.
- Hand Tasks: eye‑hand coordination, frequent use of hands, shaping pizza dough, manipulating a pizza peel, using a rolling cutter, and assembling pizza boxes.
- Equipment: use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculator, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
