Boyd Gaming - 3200 North Ameristar Drive - Responsibilities:
Process and verify jackpot winnings for guests, ensuring accurate payment and completion of all required documentation in compliance with company policies and gaming regulations;
Maintain comprehensive written records of all cash transactions, jackpot payouts, and departmental activities with accuracy and legibility to support audit and compliance requirements;
Perform routine machine maintenance operations, including door lock/unlock procedures, jam clearance, paper replenishment, and machine resets to ensure optimal guest experience and equipment functionality;
Cultivate and maintain professional, courteous relationships with guests and team members to enhance the overall gaming experience and support a positive workplace culture;
Operate hand-held communication devices with clear and consistent audio transmission to coordinate effectively with floor management and security personnel
