Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Collect the proper payment from our non-renewed customers through phone calls and field visits and to assist them towards ownership of the product
• Help facilitate returns authorized by the GM and to make sure merchandise is inspected and cleaned properly
• Maintain and update accurate information from the customer
• Assist with the goal board in the collections department
• Assist in the sales process and help achieve the growth goals of the store
• Make sure that all company vehicles are operating in a safe manner and are clean
• Delivery, setup and pickup of merchandise
• Other tasks as assigned by management; including, but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed

• Neat, professional appearance
• Must be good on the telephone and computer
• Patience and empathy
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
• Willingness to learn, take direction and listen
• Class E license within 30 days of hire
• Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded)
• High School diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required
• Able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise
