Live Nation Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate the technical, personnel and financial aspects of the Production department and support the Production Manager;
Create and maintain show schedules for weekly staff meetings;
Assist with budgeting, P&L tracking, and inventory/log maintenance;
Help manage stage, sound, and lighting crews and interdepartmental communication;
Maintain thorough filing system of past show files and vendor records
