SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing support and outstanding service to club members and promoting the success of the players’ club by assisting guests through the membership process.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enroll new guests into the Robinson Rewards program and explain membership benefits, promotions, and rewards.
• Verify guest identification and ensure accurate player account information is maintained.
• Greets customers as a company representative and provides information concerning casino programs and amenities, off-site attractions, hotels and restaurants, and Robinson Rewards program.
• Issues promotional amenities, redeems coupons, and maintains accurate banks and inventory control records.
• Executes promotional drawings, giveaways, hot seats, & special events as needed.
• Promotes upcoming events, promotions, and special offers to increase guest engagement and visitation.
• Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests through phone calls and direct interaction on the gaming floor to encourage loyalty, increase guest satisfaction, and promote return visitation to the property.
• Assist with player development efforts by building and maintaining relationships with guests both on and off property to enhance loyalty, increase guest satisfaction, and encourage return visitation.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and de-escalate issues when necessary.
• Inventory of redeemable items.
• Makes live announcements on the gaming floor.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or GED required.
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Good math skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have computer skills in Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and any shift.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/OTHER

• Must be able to pass background check and receive a gaming license from the Robinson Rancheria Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.
• Must pass an annual Title 31 exam.
