SUMMARY :

The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns to attract and retain casino guests. Their role involves a mix of creativity, organization, and customer engagement to enhance the overall guest experience. This position oversees the daily operations of Players Club, ensures exceptional guest service, manages player development efforts, and collaborates with multiple departments to deliver successful marketing campaigns and memorable guest experiences.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotions, drawings, giveaways, and special events.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Players Club including player enrollment, benefits, and guest service standards.
• Develop strategies to increase player loyalty, carded play, and guest retention.
• Analyze promotional and loyalty program performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage player development initiatives by building relationships with guests and identifying opportunities to increase visitation and play.
• Conduct player development efforts both on and off property by engaging with guests, promoting casino amenities and fostering long-term guest relationships.
• Train, coach, and supervise Players Club team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and gaming teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Ensure all promotions comply with gaming regulations and company policies.
• Build promotions and special offers in the Casino Trac System.
• Generate a monthly Direct Mail report using the Casino Trac system to award special offers to gaming players based on their play.
• Generate qualified player listings within the Casino Trac system for exclusive promotions and offers.
• Interact with guests to promote upcoming events and promotions.
• Answer customer inquiries and explain promotional rules and benefits.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist VIP and Exclusive members with special promotions and exclusive offers.
• Maintain accurate records of promotional winners and prize distributions.
• Ensure all promotional areas are set up and functioning properly before events.
• Keep inventory of forms needed for promotional winnings such as Winner’s & Reward Form, 1099’s, w-9’s etc.
• Coordinate with the shipping and receiving department to place orders for promotional materials.
• Coordinate with the Players Club team to ensure the department is up to date on current promotion and events.
• Assist in all marketing, promotional campaigns, trade show presentations and provide creative input for displays.
• Implement “new” ideas and suggestions.
• Attention to detail, goal oriented, and possessing the ability to meet deadlines is critical.
• Other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or GED required.
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in casino marketing, promotions, player development or Players Club operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, primarily Word and Excel.
• Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Adobe PDF generation and manipulation.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/OTHER

• Must be able to pass background check and receive a gaming license from the Robinson Rancheria Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.
• Must pass an annual Title 31 exam.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment drug test.
