The California State University, Northridge seeks a Senior Lead Usher to provide front-of-house supervision and customer service for The Soraya and campus venues. You may lead as the sole FOH supervisor for PDSPH events and support Soraya events and receptions as needed.
Responsibilities include guiding audience flow, enforcing venue policies, and assisting with post-event reporting and staff training. Interpersonal skills and theater etiquette are essential; on-call hours, evenings and weekends
