Security Officer, Casino & Gaming
To conduct continuous surveillance of all areas of the casino via floor surveillance and use of the CCTV system as directed by Surveillance Senior Operators or the Manager in compliance with the Commission, departmental, and company regulations.
In addition to hourly wage, a shift differential will be added to 2 nd and 3 rd shifts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Continuously monitor CCTV, closely scrutinizing all activities within camera range to ensure the protection of company assets.
- Supports managers, directors, and executives with assistance and information relating to the protection of assets in their respective departments, as well as fellow operators in the performance of their duties.
- Must proactively notify management of any gaming, procedural, and policy violations.
- Must remain impartial and keep all actions and behaviors observed confidential

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Must be detail oriented
- Thorough knowledge of all casino table games and slot machines
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in similar position within the gaming industry preferred
Missouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.
LANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to effectively communicate in English both verbal and written.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLSMust have high level computer skills with experience in excel.
REASONING ABILITYPlanning, remembering details, using arithmetic, reading, directing others, making decisions, discriminating colors, working rapidly, working at various tempos, concentrating amid distractions, remembering names & faces, and examining & observing details
