Vice President – General Manager, Concerts, Promoter Events

• Own the concerts and promoter events P&L, go-to-market strategy, and growth plan across Arenas, College Athletics, and Performing Arts
• Help clients secure more concerts and promoter events by connecting venues with promoters and touring artists
• Partner with clients to maximize event profitability through dynamic pricing, settlement structures, ancillary revenue, and deal terms
• Improve the fan experience through presale and onsale execution, day-of-show operations, VIP and hospitality offerings, and post-event engagement
• Secure and manage partnerships with promoters, booking agencies, artist management firms, and other industry partners
• Develop a broader concerts and promoter events strategy across the Learfield enterprise
• Represent Paciolan externally across the concerts and touring industry, including conferences and trade associations
• Shape the concerts product roadmap by translating client needs into prioritized requirements for product and engineering teams
• Own the concerts market story, positioning, client evidence, and competitive playbook
• Elevate concerts and promoter events as a strategic priority inside Paciolan
• Partner across Product, Marketing, Business Development, Client Engagement, and Operations to coordinate execution and remove growth barriers

• 15+ years of experience as a senior leader inside the concert ecosystem, such as promoter, venue executive, or related touring concerts market role
• Existing named relationships among national and independent promoters, venue operators, and artist management/agency contacts
• Demonstrated track record of carrying segment-level P&L, or unifying and scaling an existing book of business distributed across multiple teams or segments
• Hands-on familiarity with dynamic pricing, presales and onsales, artist settlement and box office reconciliation, VIP/hospitality packages, and fan and patron data
• Comfortable in transactional detail
• History of influencing product direction inside a platform business without direct authority
• Demonstrated success building user groups, advisory boards, or industry communities that drive retention and advocacy
• Executive-level and industry-floor fluency across show nights, conferences, and boardrooms

Demonstrates extensive experience in managing P&L for concerts and promoter events, with a strong focus on dynamic pricing, event profitability, and client engagement. Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and influence product direction within the concert ecosystem.
