Account Manager, Music & Lifestyle – Services

• Generate innovative ideas, strategies, and points of view for client accounts using emerging trends across music and entertainment
• Manage partnerships and experiential activations from concept development and contract negotiation through on-site execution and post-event analysis
• Present ideas and strategies persuasively to clients
• Balance multiple projects, assets, and contracts while maintaining quality control across deliverables
• Develop and manage relationships with clients, vendors, talent teams, properties, and internal stakeholders
• Build knowledge of the client's sponsorship portfolio and business initiatives to align strategies with organizational goals
• Guide and support junior team members
• Collaborate with the broader team to foster a positive and productive environment

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or a related field
• Agency experience preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Proven experience in experiential activation, creative ideation, client service, and project management for brands of all sizes
• Ability to effectively manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Established connections and experience within the music and/or entertainment industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven expertise in crafting and delivering compelling presentations that drive results
• Strong judgment and professionalism when interacting with team members, clients, and vendors
• Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Willingness to work weekends or holidays as needed
