Position Overview
As Unboxed Group scales its most ambitious projects yet, we're looking for a seasoned, sharp, and unflappable Senior Producer to lead the charge from concept to curtain call. This role is built for someone who has been around the block enough to anticipate what's coming, move fast when it does, and never let it show on their face. As a Senior Producer, you'll be the operational backbone of our highest-profile productions — owning budgets, vendors, timelines, and on-site execution while keeping every stakeholder aligned and every moving part on track.
You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and creative leads to translate big ideas into airtight plans, making real-time decisions with confidence and holding the standard when the pressure is highest. This is a senior-level role with real authority and real accountability — perfect for someone who leads from the front, thrives in complexity, and takes genuine pride in delivering experiences that leave people speechless.
If you're the person other producers call when things get hard, we want to meet you.
