Event Staff

Penmac Staffing is now hiring Guest Services and Operations Staff to round out the 2026 Event Season in Ridgedale, MO.

WE WILL BE CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS FROM 10:00 AM-2:00 PM ON WEDNESDAY 9/23 AT THE BRANSON JOB CENTER LOCATED AT 2720 SHEPHERD OF THE HILLS EXPRESSWAY

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Verify tickets and direct guests to appropriate seating or areas
• Assist with crowd flow and maintain clear entry/exit pathways
• Provide information on event amenities, schedules, and policies
• Monitor assigned sections to ensure safety and compliance

• Scan and validate tickets using handheld devices or systems
• Handle will-call distribution and troubleshoot ticketing issues
• Provide clear instructions to guests entering the venue
• Manage lines efficiently to reduce wait times
• Maintain accuracy and accountability for ticket transactions

• Assist with event setup and teardown (equipment, signage, seating, etc.)
• Support logistics including vendor coordination and material movement
• Monitor event areas for safety hazards and report issues
• Provide general event support as directed by supervisors
• Ensure adherence to event timelines and operational standards

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required

• Outdoor event venue
• High-energy, fast-paced atmosphere with large crowds
• Physical activity required (standing, walking, lifting light equipment)

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with client expectations
• Maintain safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Support seamless event execution from entry to exit
