Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of ISP financial operations (imports, vendor billing, bandwidth purchase, licensing).
• Sound knowledge of Nepal taxation laws and telecom/ISP regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting/ERP systems.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cost, and variance analysis.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical, sales, and operations teams.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Job

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain import-based accounting for equipment, bandwidth, and related costs.
• Prepare cost sheets for imported IT/telecom equipment.
• Ensure compliance with taxation requirements (VAT, TDS, telecom/ISP-related taxes).
• Supervise and guide junior finance staff.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure financial alignment with operational activities.
• Maintain up-to-date books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance against projections.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide corrective recommendations.
• Perform branch-wise cost, revenue, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure timely reporting to management, auditors, and regulatory authorities (e.g., NTA, IRD).
