Manager Transaction Services

A professional services firm is conducting a confidential search for a Transaction Advisory Manager to support merger, acquisition, and divestiture activity within the middle market. This role centers on leading financial diligence efforts, with a strong emphasis on Quality of Earnings analysis, and serving as a key advisor to transaction stakeholders.

Position Scope

• Direct financial diligence work streams for buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Perform Quality of Earnings analyses, including normalization adjustments, working capital considerations, and cash flow assessment
• Assess historical and projected financial performance to evaluate earnings sustainability and transaction risk
• Review operating results, revenue trends, and cost structures to identify deal-relevant issues
• Synthesize complex financial findings into concise materials for investors and senior decision-makers
• Engage directly with private equity sponsors, lenders, and corporate leadership throughout the deal process
• Oversee, coach, and review the work of junior team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory, financial diligence, or audit with deal exposure
• Demonstrated experience leading QoE engagements in an M&A environment
