A few highlights:- High-impact CFO seat with full ownership of finance, strategy, and value creation
- Equity participation and a meaningful upside tied to the next transaction
- Hands-on leadership role with an established accounting team in place
- Company is positioned for significant growth over the next 2–3 years
Required:
- 12+ years accounting/finance experience in fast paced environments
- Manufacturing industry experience required including heavy inventory experience
- Extensive cash forecasting experience
- PE-owned portfolio company leadership experience is preferred
- CPA preferred, can be inactive
- Prior Controller experience required
- Contributing to scalable revenue growth
- Improving processes
- Oversee financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting & forecasting
- Serve as PE firm contact – Fast paced leader with excellent soft skills required!
