As a Division Controller, you will support the company’s growth and strategic direction by overseeing accounting operations while driving financial planning, analysis, and business decision support. WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, general ledger management, accounting policies, and documented procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP
- Establish and maintain internal controls; coordinate external audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting; and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
- Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and working capital reporting
- Lead finance systems and reporting tool improvements; support M&A, restructuring, and other enterprise growth initiatives
- Develop, coach, and mentor accounting and finance team members
- Partner with business unit Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, with at least 3 years in manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience leading month-end close and financial reporting
- Prior leadership experience managing teams and engaging with executive stakeholders
- CPA or CMA certification, preferred
- Experience in private equity-backed or high‑growth organizations
- Experience leading finance system implementations or process transformations
- Prior remote people‑leadership experience, preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reporting
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
- Experience building budgets
- Strong internal control and audit management expertise
- Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency; experience with ERP and BI tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment

This is a full‑time position, on‑site at our Maryland Heights, MO location. The expected schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, but an occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate project schedules.
