Insight Global is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience to join our finance team. This on-site role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to lead core financial operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate, timely financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Perform complex and bank and account reconciliations: manage cash flow and liquidity monitoring.

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.

• Support internal and external audits: ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Identify process improvement opportunities within accounting workflows and systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance.

• MUST have CPA.

• 5+ years of experience as an accountant.

• Proficient with GAAP & IFRS for domestic and international operations (taxes, compliance, analysis).

• Experience with financial reporting, financial analysis, and budget planning.

• Experience working in the petroleum industry.

• Experience with Net Suite.

• Proficient with Excel, Power BI, or other traditional accounting software.

• Management experience.
