SummaryThe Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the firm's financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. This position is responsible for preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, as well as building financial models to support strategic initiatives. The analyst will partner closely with the department leaders to deliver insights that improve operational efficiency and drive business performance. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong communication skills are essential, as the analyst will regularly present findings to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

- Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts in close coordination with internal business partners and Finance leadership
- Perform monthly variance and discrepancy analysis against budget and forecast, investigating root causes and clearly communicating results to business partners and leadership and utilizing information for accurate and informed forecasts
- Ensure timely, high quality reporting is delivered to business unit leaders, including deep dive analyses to inform strategic actions
- Support ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, and operational efficiency initiatives as needed
- Assist with executive level presentations and firm-wide communications related to financial performance
- Collaborate cross functionally on initiatives to align operational execution with overall financial strategy
- Maintain a high standard of data integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment across all financial reporting and analyses
- Proactively identify gaps in processes, reporting, or analysis and drive improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, modeling/analysis, presentations, and business partnership required
- Experience working in a public accounting firm or professional services environment preferred
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA with a finance concentration preferred
- Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and how they apply to financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial systems and visualization tools such as Power
BI, Sage Intacct, and Power Point - Deep understanding of financial concepts, analysis, and budgeting practices, with the ability to apply them in a business context
- Highly detail oriented, with strong ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and deliver clear, actionable insights
- Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort working with large, complex data sets; ability to organize and present information clearly
- Proactive and resourceful in identifying issues, investigating root causes, and driving continuous improvement
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Quick learner with a strong desire to understand not only the how, but the why behind financial results and processes
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across Finance and with internal business partners
- Strong written and oral communication skills
This role offers a competitive base salary along with a comprehensive benefits package. Salary ranges for U.S.
-based positions are determined by geographic location and fall into one of three pay zones, which reflect the cost of labor in that area. The anticipated salary ranges for this position are outlined below and are subject to change:
