Location: California
A private equity investment firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's in Tax, and have at least 3 years of accounting experience in the private equity or financial services industry. Responsibilities include working with external tax accountants, overseeing financial statements, and implementing tax strategies.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. CPA is strongly preferred.
