* About This Role:
** The Senior Financial Analyst, Operations FP&A will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and decision support at iRhythm Technologies. In this role, you will partner closely with the VP Manufacturing & Facilities and VP Supply Chain & Procurement and other cross-functional leaders to consolidate operations business performance, support return on investment (ROI) modeling for strategic projects, manage operating expense planning, and deliver reporting and results to key stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or related roles
Experience in modeling and working with large data sets Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
Strong analytical and communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior stakeholders Healthcare, medical device, and/or public company experience a plus
High attention to detail and ability to network with business owners outside of own area of expertise
Experience supporting the Operations/Manufacturing organization or working with Cost Accounting
Experience with ERP systems such as QAD or SAP
Experience with Financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive a plus)
** Work Environment / Other Requirements:
** This role will be hybrid with 2-3 days on-site at the Orange County manufacturing and intake facility for hands on support of business partners and operations.
