- Oversee all client and internal partner initiatives for new clients or existing clients, adding new treasury services with direct impact on Treasury Client Onboarding and Servicing (TCOS); ensure project deliverables are met, on time.
- Coordinate, facilitate and participate in client meetings related to assigned projects and initiatives.
- Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding projects for Treasury Management clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes with the use of project plans as needed.
- Solicit ongoing feedback from client, Relationship Manager, internal partners and servicing peers to identify areas of improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically five to eight years of related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management or related financial services.
- Strong project management skills and expertise.
- 5–8 years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong executive presence, confidence partnering with a variety of levels within the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence without authority.
- Background managing or servicing business clients, with an emphasis on an elevated client experience.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Salary Range: $86,530.00 - $. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
