Tax Manager, Financial Compliance
A growing professional services firm that supports multi-family offices is seeking a Tax Manager to join its expanding team. This position plays a key role in handling advanced tax work, coordinating with various internal groups, and helping refine team operations and technology use as the firm scales.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review a variety of individual, business, and trust tax filings
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and assist with year-round planning
- Partner with other internal service lines to deliver cohesive financial strategies
- Support enhancements to tax processes, workflows, and technology platforms
- Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to overall team development
- CPA or EA required
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting or a specialized tax practice
- Strong understanding of individual, partnership, and trust taxation
- Familiarity with modern tax and workflow software
- Demonstrated ability to manage engagements and support staff growth
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to excellent client service
