Audit Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Audit Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $75.00 to $80.00 per hour.

• Perform walkthroughs and testing of core financial processes and provide thoughtful observations that support leadership review.
• Complete audit work for areas that include revenue and inventory while reviewing the quality of related controls.
• Use audit software and enterprise systems to organize documentation and maintain accurate work files.
• Work with teams to evaluate controls, review risks, and recommend improvements that strengthen audit results.
• Support audit efforts that involve both financial procedures and basic information technology related reviews.

• Bring experience completing financial audits within structured accounting environments.
• Have familiarity with audit tools and enterprise systems including Workiva and SAP.
• Understand concepts used in risk assessment and apply this knowledge to audit procedures.
• Show strong analytical ability and review financial information with accuracy and care.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Hold a CPA or be working toward the credential.
• Bring experience from public accounting with background from large firms considered a strong advantage.
• Possess exposure to information technology audit work and system reviews.
• Apply established audit methods to evaluate processes, identify concerns, and suggest improvements.
• Manage several assignments at one time while maintaining sound judgment and consistent professionalism.
