What will I be doing?

  • Own and lead the quarterly earnings process, including development of financial press releases, investor presentations, conference call scripts, Q&A materials, and related communications.
  • Shape and continuously refine the company’s equity story, leveraging market intelligence, analyst research, and competitive insights to strengthen investor education, thought leadership, and narrative consistency.
  • Systematically monitor market data, analyst coverage, competitive positioning, and sell‑side consensus models, translating insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Drive strategic investor marketing and engagement efforts, including conferences, non‑deal roadshows, analyst days, and company‑hosted events, ensuring high‑impact institutional targeting while optimizing management’s time.
  • Ensure best‑in‑class financial reporting, disclosures, and governance standards, working closely with Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Oversee consistent and compelling investor communications across all channels, in partnership with Corporate Communications & Marketing.
  • Manage relationships with external IR advisors, PR agencies, research analysts, investment banks, and IR platforms, ensuring alignment and maximum strategic value.
  • Lead and mentor IR team members, fostering a high‑performing, analytically rigorous, and strategically aligned function.
What skills and experience should I have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business, Law, Communications, Physics, Engineering); advanced degree or certification preferred.
Technical / Organizational

  • Advanced analytical capabilities, including valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and the ability to interpret market data, analyst research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Proven ability to manage highly sensitive material nonpublic information with discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
Leadership
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ethical decision‑making in high‑visibility environments.
