Asset; Real Estate Valuation Analyst

Growing real estate investment firm located near Downtown Los Angeles is looking for an Asset (Real Estate) Valuation Analyst. The Asset (Real Estate) Valuation Analyst will be responsible for analyzing real estate property asset investment strategy, financial modeling, valuation assessment, preparing forecast reports, conducting cash flow reporting, and financial / executive reporting. Additional duties for the Asset (Real Estate) Valuation Analyst include reviewing investment strategies, assisting with month/year-end closing activities, analyzing financial statements, collaborating with corporate business partners and internal staff, working closely with internal and external audit teams, as well as conducting ad hoc reporting duties.

• Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least three years of real estate asset analysis/valuation experience is required.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills are also required.
• Strong systems acumen – advanced MS Office, Argus, MRI or Yardi.
• $100 – 120k + bonus.
