Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely collection of receivables and maintaining accurate financial records.
The position requires proactive approach to monitoring receivables, resolving invoice or payment discrepancies, and optimising AR processes to enhance cashflow and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Management- Manage the end-to-end AR process, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate maintenance of customer accounts.
- Perform Sales and AR reconciliations
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to minimise overdue balances and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Liaise with clients and internal operators to resolve discrepancies and expedite collections in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with AP team to support accurate cash flow forecasting and projections.
- Generate weekly AR aging reports
- Update daily cash flow forecasts based on the latest information received from the commercial team, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational needs.
- Provide actionable insights to management to support strategic decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in implementing best practices for AR management, credit control, and risk assessment.
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Manage financial closing process for the affiliated companies with a low transaction volume.
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions, account reconciliations, and preparation of yearly management report.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet reporting deadlines and ensure compliance.
- Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification with ACCA or Equivalents
- Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience.
- Familiar with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
- Highly Proficient in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and other advanced functions
- Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Demonstrate a detail‑oriented and tenacious approach when analysing variances with the ability to understand the business context behind the numbers
- Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
