Revenue Management Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year.

• Manage pricing and inventory for assigned markets by reviewing demand trends, booking patterns, reports, competitor activity and market conditions.
• Analyze data and prepare ad‑hoc reports and presentation materials that support senior leadership decisions.
• Partner with marketing, sales, call center, operations and technology teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Monitor performance against yield goals and recommend adjustments that improve revenue outcomes.
• Perform additional assignments as needed to support team objectives and business priorities.

• A Bachelor degree in finance, mathematics, statistics or business administration, or have comparable experience.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high accuracy.
• Show strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Use Excel and Microsoft Office at an advanced level for analysis, reporting and presentations.
• Learn quickly, work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Understand basic database concepts with familiarity in SQL considered helpful but not required.
• Bring exposure to revenue management practices or the travel industry viewed as a plus.
• Apply structured problem solving to translate data into practical pricing and inventory actions.
• Organize work effectively across multiple tasks while keeping clear records and documentation.
• Collaborate well with cross‑functional partners and contribute to a culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
