Job Description
Job Title: Corporate Controller
Reports To: CFO
Direct Reports: Leads accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and corporate treasury
Office
Location:
West Los Angeles, CA | On-site with some hybrid flexibility
Salary Range: $180,000 to $200,000 based on experience + 15% annual target bonus

Description:
Lead financial close process, consolidate multiple entities and prepare financial reporting and variance analysis
Help company with potential mergers and acquisitions, financing and other revenue deals
Prepare technical accounting memos for Revenue, Film Costs, Licensing Rights, and Leases
Main point of contact for external auditors
Manage tax planning initiatives, production incentives, and distributions, and tax compliance
Qualifications:
10 years of progressive accounting experience
Public accounting background in audit from a Big 4 / Top 10 firm
Entertainment industry experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA license
