Associate Financial Analyst – Air Dominance Proprietary Programs
Location: Hazelwood, Missouri – 100% onsite.
OverviewSupport Air Dominance Proprietary Programs at Boeing through financial operations, cost analysis, and controls. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Operations: Manage program budget baseline, analyze financial data including Earned Value Management (EVM), provide insights to improve performance, prepare financial models and reports, support month‑end and quarterly closing, maintain compliance with internal controls.
- Material Cost Analysis: Analyze material costs, manage material budget baselines, develop cost models for budgeting and forecasting, maintain EVM metrics for materials, collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering and Production for cost data, prepare management reports, support cost control best practices.
- Financial Controls: Develop quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), manage program budget, prepare contractual cost reporting deliverables, lead EAC process, review EVM data for trends, update business case, maintain reporting tools and dashboards, ensure compliance with policies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance-related roles (Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, Procurement, or Financial Analysis).
- 1+ years experience with Microsoft Excel using formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills within a team environment.
- Ability to manage EVM data (preferred).
- Compliance with Conflict of Interest assessment.
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Senior management presentation experience.
- U.S. Person status for export control compliance (U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, etc.).
- Visa sponsorship not available.
- Pay range: $73,950 - $100,050 (based on experience and qualifications).
