Community Bank in Linn County, Missouri, confidentially seeks an experienced accounting professional to serve as Controller
. The bank is deeply rooted in its communities and operates with a clear mission: to be the trusted financial partner for individuals, businesses, and agricultural customers it serves.

• Call Report preparation and submission
• Investment and bond portfolio oversight
• Daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting for executive leadership
• Internal and external audit coordination
• Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO) oversight and reporting
• Vendor management and financial reporting
• Contract review and administration
• Business continuity planning, training, and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• CPA or Master's degree (MPA/MAcc) preferred but not required
• 5-10 years of progressive accounting or banking experience
• Community bank experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated history of successful projects and financial leadership
• High attention to detail, integrity, and clear communication skills
