Job Description
The Revenue Auditor compiles and audits revenue records, control documents, and prepares reports across all casino operations. The position audits all areas of casino operation and prepares exception reports for errors.
Position SummaryResponsible for auditing daily activities, completing related reports, verifying token counts and deposits by the count room, and ensuring safety, security of employees and customer financial information. Basic knowledge of SOPs, Internal Controls, Title 31, company policies, and procedures is required.
Responsibilities- Provides superior guest service, positively affects interactions with guests and employees, and works effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
- Audits paperwork of previous day’s activities in various casino operations areas.
- Completes reports associated with daily audits.
- Verifies token counts and deposits by the count room.
- Prepares exception reports for all errors discovered in audit.
- Ensures safety and security of employees and customer financial information.
- Basic knowledge of company’s standard operating procedures, internal controls, Title 31, and company policies and procedures.
- Acts as a customer experience owner, surprises and delights guests, and maintains relationships.
- Complies with the drug & alcohol free workplace; subject to for-cause and post-accident drug tests.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial information, operating systems, company policies, and employee information.
- Embrace customer courtesy skills of Family Style Service culture.
- Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
- Ensure safety and security of all customers and employees.
- Work in a casino environment exposed to smoke, bright lights, and noise.
- Perform duties under frequent time pressure and in an interruptive environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to maintain a Missouri Level II Gaming License.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions and memos.
