Personal Banker

Job Summary

At OMB, Personal Bankers are a key point of contact for customers, ensuring high‑quality service and efficient banking operations. Duties include opening all types of deposit accounts (checking, savings, certificates of deposit, individual retirement accounts, etc.), resolving customer service issues, and cross‑selling bank products and services. Other duties include processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check issuance, and consumer loan applications).

This role combines the responsibilities of both a Teller and a Personal Banker, offering an opportunity to develop relationships with customers while addressing their full range of universal banking needs.

• 1200 W Dallas St, Buffalo, MO 65622
• Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, rotating Saturdays 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Fulltime; 40 hours per week, average

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of retail banking (including new account and teller transactions) required
• Three to five years personal banking experience preferred

• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
• Strong mathematical, problem‑solving, and computer skills
• Effective multitasking and organizational skills
• Willingness to proactively cross‑sell bank products & services
