What you’ll do as the Customer Relations Manager I (CRM I):

Process customer transactions, count money, reconcile an individual teller drawer.

Troubleshoot with customers while providing excellent customer service.

Effectively conduct ATM deposit review and apply holds according to policy.

Learn, operate & navigate multiple applications simultaneously for various products/services offered.

Recognize sales opportunities while engaging with customers to meet their financial needs.

Maintain customer and bank confidentiality.
