This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a finance executive to join a fast-growing company within an incredible sector of construction joining into a strategic C‑Suite role at an industry-leading organization. Do you have experience scaling finance operations for high‑growth construction or real‑estate companies? To date this decade, the team has built or is actively developing close to 1,500 units, with the capability to produce over 1,000 units this year. Due to winning a number of high‑value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a motivated Vice President to join their loyal team.

Based in southern California, this role offers the opportunity to lead finance strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting with precision, and collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to shape company‑wide decisions and drive strategic growth.
