As a financial advisor, you will grow and manage your own practice within a supportive branch environment, leveraging a network of branch associates, home‑office team, and regional financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media and speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
- Utilize the firm‑provided branch office and client support network to focus on client relationships.

Hiring minimum salary $50,000. Hiring maximum salary $125,000.

- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services working with clients and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, CRPC, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor.
