• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key partners in the community (e.g., Realtors, Tax Professionals, Developers, etc.)
• Provide prompt, courteous attention to all customers to meet their financial needs

• Coordinate interaction between borrower and all other parties involved, keeping customers updated throughout the process
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and against time deadlines

• Keen attention to detail as it relates to loan applications, loan processing, new regulations, bank policies and procedures
• Proactive communication with account holders with loans in arrears
• Understand all compliance aspects of lending HMDA, RESPA, Fair Lending, Reg B, Reg O, Flood Determination, Reg Z, CRA, etc.

• Demonstrated abilities in the areas of problem‑solving, analysis, and time management
• Keep up with all compliance aspects of banking BSA, Privacy, OFAC, Security, Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg E, Patriot Act, etc.
