Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Overview

Twitch is the world’s biggest live streaming service, building communities around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking, and more. As part of our Financial Planning & Analysis team, the Senior Financial Analyst partners with key stakeholders across the business to guide financial decisions and deliver actionable insights that shape the company’s growth.

• Business Partnering: serve as a financial partner to Marketing, Customer Trust, and UX Design organizations to support all forecasting and performance reporting activities.
• Business Analysis: maintain dashboards, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights through effective analysis of financial and operational data.
• Financial Modeling: assist in building ad‑hoc financial models for scenario planning and analysis.
• Annual Planning: support the annual planning and budgeting process, including data gathering, analysis, and coordination across departments.
• Financial Reporting: support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
• Executive Presentations: create presentations that distill complex financial data into clear, concise charts and tables for senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, ideally with experience in FP&A at a public company.
• Ability to recognize and implement process improvements and build scalable solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• High standards of quality, accuracy, and fidelity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with all levels of management.
• Intermediate SQL experience.

• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting, with exposure to SaaS sales and marketing metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC).
• Experience with Corp FP&A functions and know‑how for leveraging finance applications (TM1, OFA, Hyperion, etc.) in analysis.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects with measurable results.
