Description
Responsible for participating in the planning, implementation and maintenance of the cost accounting system. Major responsibilities include accurate and timely analysis, as well as reporting and compliance activities.
Primary Duties- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
- 2+ years of experience in accounting
- SAP Experience
- Consistently upholds and reflects the core ethical principles and values that bioMérieux promotes.
- Planning objectives and strategies to achieve them within a set timeline
- Practicing time management to allocate tasks, balance priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Written Communications - including the ability to communicate technical data in written form
- Functional skills including critical thinking, adaptability, time management, communication, problem-solving and digital literacy.
- Skilled in MS Office tools to include but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Intermediate: applies skills independently in most situations; handles moderately complex tasks with occasional guidance
- In depth knowledge of cost accounting and business systems and best practices
- Use of SQL in data analysis
The estimated salary range for this role based in Missouri is between $82,. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bio Merieux's bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
