• Responsible for providing accurate and high-quality customer service in all aspects of conducting financial transactions for customers, including cashing checks, accepting deposits, selling monetary instruments, and maintaining account records.
• Balancing daily transactions, verifying cash totals; is constantly aware of and monitors all account transactions for suspicious activity and assists in balancing.
• Customer service and problem solving in all aspects of teller operations needed.
• Responsible for selling a full range of retail deposit products and banking services to customers and prospective customers.
• Maintains a portfolio of existing customers for cross selling of bank services.
• Follows all Bank policies, procedures and compliance regulations.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Bank experience preferred.
• Must have at least six months to one year cash handling experience.
• Additionally, usually 2 years of sales or service experience.
