What You’ll Do- Work directly with clients to assess their needs and offer tailored insurance and financial strategies
- Earn commission on new business, based on a percentage of the first-year premium
- Continue to earn through renewal commissions on in-force policies
- Receive leads, digital tools, and ongoing training to support business development
Work toward securities licensing and financial advisory if desired
- Paid licensing study support for your Life & Health certification
- Security Industry Essentials (SIE) exam
* support with a $2,000 bonus upon completion - New agent production match – earn up to $17,000 in additional income during your first year
- Quarterly bonus program – top producers may earn up to $75,000 annually in performance bonuses
- Referral bonus – earn up to $2,000 per qualifying agent referral
