Responsibilities
- Manage the growth and quality of the Commercial Lending Department
- Review and audit commercial real estate loans, C&I loans, and SBA loans
- Present findings to senior committees
- Oversee loan quality, production, and portfolio management
- Drive operational efficiencies within Commercial Lending
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
- 10 to 15 years of experience in a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of commercial and SBA lending
- Ability to analyze complex financial statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
